My approach is warm, strengths-based and focused on growth. I use a mix of acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness, self-compassion and positive psychology approaches.
During our first session together I’ll ask you lots of questions so I can find out what your current challenges are and what factors have contributed to these, as well as what your goals are for the future.
At the end of this session I will offer you a plan outlining how we can work together to help you achieve your goals.
